One Riverbend is a high-rise 2-tower residential development located in the mature neighborhood of Zhonghe District in New Taipei City, Taiwan. Bordering Taipei City across the river, the 26,500 sqm GFA twin towers will comprise 228 units offering unobstructed river and city views.
Our Strategy
We secured this off-market opportunity by acquiring the rare clean land parcel along the river immediately bordering Taipei. Boasting greenery and riverfront features, the development aims to create unique residential products in harmony with the nature. We re-submitted the design to increase the proportion of residential area with river view and include sufficient public area for residents. Unique public facilities including gyms, kids’ playroom, swimming pool, café, etc. will be provided for buyers. To differentiate from surrounding projects, we place emphasis on the building’s healthy features, equipping the building with PM2.5 air purifying system and targeting Fitwel 3-star certified rating. We are also designing the layout to give flexibilities for buyers to combine smaller units to bigger ones, attracting both family type of customers and investors alike.
