13 May 2025, Hong Kong<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 ARCH Capital, a private equity firm focused on real estate across the Asia Pacific region, today announced a partnership with Partners Group, one of the largest firms in the private markets industry, acting on behalf of its clients. The transaction aims to accelerate the growth of Digital Halo, a data center platform that ARCH Capital founded in 2022.\u00a0<\/p>

This transaction marks a significant milestone in ARCH Capital\u2019s expansion into the digital infrastructure space, and reinforces ARCH Capital\u2019s commitment to building scalable platforms that align with long-term structural trends across Asia Pacific. Digital Halo is expected to be capitalized with around USD 400 million by Partners Group and ARCH Capital, which will transform it into a next-generation data center platform. The ambition is to grow the platform to over 500 MW of data center capacity across multiple markets in Asia, including the two seed assets in Manila, Philippines and Johor Bahru, Malaysia.<\/p>

This transaction builds on ARCH Capital\u2019s extensive track record in sourcing, acquiring, and developing strategic assets across the Asia Pacific region. The firm continues to demonstrate its strong capabilities through recent projects such as the acquisition and development of the two seed data center projects of Digital Halo.<\/p>
