Cebu Exchange

Cebu, Philippines


Cebu Exchange is a 110,000 sqm GFA Grade A office development set to rise across from the Cebu IT Park in Cebu City, the Philippines.

The building, with its numerous green features, is expected to obtain several certifications in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE), International Finance Corporation’s EDGE, and WELL Building Standard.

Taimall

Taoyuan City, Taiwan


TaiMall is a 7-storey shopping center located in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, with a total retail GFA of 100,000 sqm. Situated in a fast growing municipality, the landmark retail mall has become a one-stop life style destination.

The project is expected to obtain a certificate of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Level or Fitwel 2-star Certification.

Anson House

Singapore


Anson House is a 13-story Grade A commercial office building located within Singapore’s CBD. The building has a total net lettable area of 8,000 sqm, comprising street-level retail space and 10 floors of office space. It features premium-grade specifications, including a 3.4 m floor-to-ceiling height. The building's prime location offers excellent connectivity to the rest of the island, and it is a short walk from the Tanjong Pagar MRT station and the upcoming Prince Edward Road station.

This project has been awarded Singapore's Building and Construction Authority's Green Mark Certification for its efforts in energy efficiency, water efficiency, and the use of sustainable materials.

One Riverbend

New Taipei, Taiwan


One Riverbend is a high-rise residential development in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. The building has received a Fitwel 3-star certification for promoting occupant health and well-being. One Riverbend's 3-star rating indicates that it has implemented several strategies for improving occupant health and productivity, such as supporting physical activity, healthy food options, and access to nature.

The twin towers have 228 units offering unobstructed river and city views over 26,500 sqm of GFA. The building's design and policies have been crafted to provide a healthy living environment, making it an ideal residence for those seeking a healthy and productive lifestyle.
