We have great pleasure to inform you that one of our projects, Oootopia Tai Kok Tsui, was announced the first-ever winner for Best Co-Living Space by the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2020, Asia’s largest real estate award programme. We are proud of this milestone as a recognition of the team’s dedication to excellence, and will continue to build Oootopia’s branded living portfolio that offers alternative housing solutions across Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region.

Since inception in 2018, the team has invested and built a portfolio of three serviced residences in Hong Kong through extensive refurbishment and repositioning initiatives. Oootopia Kai Tak in Kowloon East, our flagship project in Hong Kong, is characterized by its homey yet stylish design with highly welcomed community engagement with our residents. Oootopia Tai Kok Tsui in Kowloon West is characterized by its Japanese Oriental theme and iconic Tatami-style communal tea room. Oootopia West on Island West is distinguished by its chic and modern design with a “work, live, play” concept.

Going forward, we have planned different branding initiatives to further strengthen Oootopia as an all-round operating platform, including the HKU-student-led ESG programme at Oootopia Kai Tak, diverse digital marketing campaigns, cross-partnership with lifestyle and retail brands and local creative talents.
