One Oasis is a 500,000 sqm masterplanned development located at the southern-end of Macau’s Cotai Strip targeting the upper-middle income market.

Since its first launch in 2010, One Oasis has firmly established its premiere position in the luxury residential market in Macau for its scale, quality, and unique lifestyle it offers to residents. Sales have surpassed all expectations and targets.

We entered into this investment as a JV partner to co-lead this phased development. At investment inception, the land was acquired as an industrial site, but we worked closely with the local government to re-zone and approve a new residential masterplan.

Our vision was to create a modern residential community with generous amenities (including the largest clubhouse in Macau which is also LEED-certified, a lifestyle retail complex, and a public park), world-class architecture, and finishing – setting a precedent in Macau.
