We secured this off-market opportunity by acquiring the rare clean land parcel along the river immediately bordering Taipei. Boasting greenery and riverfront features, the development aims to create unique residential products in harmony with the nature. We re-submitted the design to increase the proportion of residential area with river view and include sufficient public area for residents. Unique public facilities including gyms, kids’ playroom, swimming pool, café, etc. will be provided for buyers.
To differentiate from surrounding projects, we place emphasis on the building’s healthy features, equipping the building with PM2.5 air purifying system and targeting Fitwel 3-star certified rating.
