Halo 捷立 is a 4-storey international-standard logistics facility that provides regular/dry storage, temperature-controlled storage, and cold storage options.
Halo 捷立 is an investment in a local ARCH-led joint venture in Taoyuan City, Taiwan.
It is conveniently located within a 10-minute drive to No.1 National Highway, the main highway connecting North-South of Taiwan. The land size is 26,933 sqm and can build up to a maximum GFA of 62,833sqm. The facility has four 10 – 12-meter-high stories of storage area, capable of accommodating over 40,000 pallets in the logistics center.
On top of the various regular/dry/cold storage options the facility provides, the project also aims to meet ESG standards with solar panels to generate 60% of electricity consumption for the entire building. Operations have commenced with tenants moving in since July.
